On January
1, 2016 there are 348,814 American citizens who voted in
Pinellas County for term limits for BCC, Pinellas County,
Florida. It is 18 years ago that these citizens voted for Term
Limits, November 5, 1996.
The final
vote was won by a 72.2% margin. 253,814 citizens voted for term
limits and 95,334 against term limits. The civil rights of these
voters have been violated. They are prisoners of conscience by
the arrogance of Commissioners Kenneth Welch, Karen Seel, John
Morroni and Former commissioner Susan Latvala.
At the
time of this vote the Pinellas County Charter had the following
statement in its contents. It stated that votes, which did not
have a date of starting, would automatically become law on
January 1 of the following year.
The
Florida Supreme Court of Florida upheld this vote by a 7-0
margin. Yet arrogance of office prevails and the BCC, of
Pinellas County has not codified this vote.
Recently
my former CIA colleagues received payment for their internment
of 444 days levied upon them by terrorist. It took more than 30
years for these captives to receive the compensation for this
crime committed by these terrorists.
Read the
following article and they finally have received justice.

The Board of
Country Commissioners are violators of Pinellas County citizens
civil rights.
